Transition Videos for student, parent and mixed audiences

These short videos/digital case studies have been developed for use by educators and community agencies as part of a comprehensive transition program.

    • They are intended to be shared with Year 5/6 students and their families to provide an overview of transition, why it’s important and some great tips and advice from real students, families, educators and community agency workers.
    • They are ideal for use in the classroom with students as conversation starters, Year 5/6 information days, orientation days, etc. and also for parents during information sessions.
    • One set has been developed with Pascoe Vale Girls College (PVGC), a single sex large secondary school in Moreland and the student video is also accompanied by a Teacher Handbook. (attached for upload)
    • The second has been created with William Ruthven Secondary College (WRSC), a small co-ed secondary school in the north of Darebin currently undergoing a school rebuild.
