Melbourne’s Inner North is a complex region with challenges including high numbers of early school leavers, non completion of Year 12 or equivalent and difficulties reengaging young people back into education and training. More

We build strategic partnerships encouraging an all of community response to support young people in Melbourne’s Inner North to successfully transition from school to further education, training or employment. We deliver a range of partnership initiatives and events in the community each year. More



Efforts by the LLEN and our community are making an impact in the region with data showing a 10.23% increase in Year 12 attainment at Age 19 across the region since 2007. Launch of Koorie Services Mapping Report for Melbourne Northern region
The ‘Lost in Translation’ Koorie Services Mapping Project was launched by Jeanette Nagorcka at Victoria Aboriginal Community Services Association (VACSAL) on 13th August 2014. The project had a focus on the Northern region of Melbourne and aimed to map Koorie transition programs, collect and analyse the data, consult with key stakeholders and develop recommendations.   Find out more

Moreland L2P Program

Need support getting your driving practice? The Moreland L2P Learner Driver Mentor Program assists young people under 21 years of age who are in need of support to complete the mandatory 120 hours of driving practice to obtain their Probationary License.
