The Inner Northern Local Learning and Employment Network (INLLEN) is an independent community organisation which builds partnerships and strategies to improve education, training, and employment outcomes for young people across Darebin, Merri-bek and Yarra.

INLLEN delivers the Department of Education’s School to Work program across Melbourne’s inner north, helping secondary students access meaningful work-based learning. Through work placements and industry engagement, we build strong connections between schools and local employers – giving young people the skills, confidence and experience to make informed career choices.
Supporting young drivers to get on the road.
INLLEN coordinates the TAC L2P Program, assisting disadvantaged learner drivers aged 16–21 to complete the 120 required driving hours, creating safer drivers and stronger futures.
